The Circle is a 10-week transformative group coaching program designed for women over 40 who are ready to stop struggling and start thriving. Led by Einat Shinar, nervous system regulation expert, menopause specialist, nutrition strategist, and EFT coach, this program helps women reclaim their energy, confidence, and vitality during perimenopause and beyond.

Inside The Circle, you will address the real challenges of midlife: weight that will not budge, hot flashes, restless nights, cravings, stress, brain fog, and the nagging feeling that your body is no longer on your side. Instead of relying on quick fixes, you will move through the TREE Method, Einat’s proven framework for sustainable change:
