Services and Digital Content Delivery

This website offers information about 1:1 and group coaching services, including short-term and multi-week wellness programs. Coaching sessions and programs are not purchased directly through the website. Instead, interested individuals may submit an inquiry via the contact form or receive additional information via email. Once enrolled, participants receive access to program materials digitally through email or secure platforms.

Free guides, recipes, and wellness tools are delivered automatically by email upon signing up for the newsletter or other opt-ins. These are free of charge and may be unsubscribed from at any time.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the personalized nature of coaching services, most programs are non-refundable once they begin. However, for select programs that are 8 weeks or longer, a conditional refund may be available within the first two weeks, provided specific criteria are met (e.g., full participation and completed assignments). These conditions are clearly outlined in the terms and conditions for each program, which are shared in advance and must be agreed upon prior to enrollment.

No returns are applicable, as no physical products are sold or shipped from this website.

Cancellations

Clients who enter into a coaching agreement will receive a clear schedule and service expectations. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the individual agreement for each service or program. There are no subscriptions or recurring payments processed automatically through this website. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email communication.
